How a project stacks up.

Five stages, each one sitting on the last. You see the result of every stage before the next one starts, so nothing is built on a guess and nothing surprises you at the end.

  1. Brief

    We listen first.

    What happens

A call or a WhatsApp chat about your goals, your customers, your deadline and your budget range. We ask the awkward questions early, so nothing is built on a guess.

    What you get

A written scope: what is included, what is not, a timeline and a clear quote.

    Your part

Tell us your goals, share a few examples you like, and name one person who makes the decisions.

  2. Design

You see it before we build it.

    What happens

Wireframes first, then full designs for phone and desktop, in English and Arabic where you need both. Brand work happens here, so the product and the identity grow together.

    What you get

Clickable designs you can open on your phone, comment on and approve.

    Your part

Open the designs on your phone and send your feedback in one round, so nothing gets lost.

  3. Build

    Built in small, visible steps.

    What happens

We develop in short cycles and post updates on WhatsApp. A private preview link shows the real thing as it grows, so you can check progress whenever you like.

    What you get

A live preview link that updates as we go, and a short update at every milestone.

    Your part

Send your content: text, photos, product details. If writing is not your thing, we help.

  4. Test

We try to break it, so your customers can’t.

    What happens

Testing on real phones and browsers, speed and security checks, accessibility, and proofreading in both languages. Forms, payments and messages are tried end to end.

    What you get

A launch checklist we sign off together, with every item ticked.

    Your part

Try it yourself, on your own phone, and tell us anything that feels off.

  5. Launch

It goes live, and it’s yours.

    What happens

Domain, hosting, app store submission, analytics and redirects. We launch at a quiet hour, then watch closely for the first days.

    What you get

Every login, file and line of code handed over in your name, plus a short training session.

    Your part

Approve the go-live and keep your new logins somewhere safe.

  6. Aftercare

    We stay on.

    What happens

Hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and small changes, plus new features when you are ready for them.

    What you get

One number to message when something needs doing. The same team that built it answers.

    Your part

Message us whenever something needs doing. That is it.

You are never left wondering.

Three habits keep every project visible from the first message to the last fix.

  • Updates on WhatsApp

Short, plain updates in the same thread you started with. Photos, screenshots and links, no jargon.

  • A live preview link

From the build stage on, open the real thing on your phone whenever you like.

  • Milestone check-ins

A quick call or message at the end of each stage to agree on what is done and what comes next.

Process questions.

Something we did not cover? Ask on WhatsApp. A person from the team replies, in English or Arabic.

Ask a question
How many rounds of feedback do I get?

Enough to get it right. Your quote spells out the rounds for each stage, so there is no guessing and no surprise bill for asking for a change.

What if I change my mind halfway?

It happens. Small changes are part of the process. Bigger ones, like a new feature, get a clear note of what they add to time and cost before we do anything.

Can I see progress before launch?

Yes. From the build stage you get a private preview link that shows the real thing as it grows.

Do you work in stages for bigger projects?

Yes. Large systems are split into phases, each with its own brief, design, build and test, so you get something useful early.

Let’s lay the first block.

Every project starts with a brief, and every brief starts with a message. Tell us what you have in mind.
